The sooner is always better; this allows us to pencil things in on the calendar and plan accordingly. This ensures we have the personnel and equipment available for your upcoming matter. There are no charges until an estimate has been sent and approved. We have cases scheduled currently that are a couple years away. 

 In2Trial will do their best to assist with any needs, within any deadline. In2Trial has an extensive network of Hot Seat Operators to draw upon and can typically get matters covered even on short notice. In2Trial can quickly and effectively complete a wide range of services from exhibit preparation, video editing, timeline creation, PowerPoint work, etc. As an added benefit there are no additional charges for rush, evening, or weekend work. 

Absolutely, In2Trial doesn’t just go to trial, we provide support at every stage of the litigation process.  Yes, don’t go to trial without one! One of the functions of our Trial Consultants is that of a Hot Seat Operator that is ready to assist with anything needed for the presentation of evidence during a [mediation, arbitration, trial]. Hot Seat Operators allow the attorneys to focus on their case, their client, and the law; allowing the attorneys to focus on what’s important. The Hot Seat Operator will handle organizing all exhibits, videos, demonstratives, etc. to be ready for instant call up during your presentation. They will coordinate everything with the courthouse/venue, handling all presentation equipment, setting things up, testing and troubleshooting. In2Trial’s Hot Seat Operators come with back ups of everything and are ready for anything that gets thrown their way. 

Most courtrooms In2Trial encounters have some form of technology present in them, but usually the set up is inadequate for an effective presentation. In2Trial will connect into whatever technology may be available but will also supplement it with additional equipment when able. In2Trial can set up a projector and additional monitors, which provides an added benefit of choosing which outputs are used. This could be helpful when needing to show the witness a document before displaying it to the jury. Also, it could be beneficial to have all the jurors attention on the projector screen and not all looking at their individual monitors provided by the court.

In2Trial does still run into some courtrooms with no technology available and these instances In2Trial can bring the projector, monitors, and any other equipment that may be needed to present your evidence effectively and persuasively.
